Odd consistency for flour, not as good as others
I only recently started using sweet potato flour. I got some at a Winners and made amazing pancakes that held together well. I purchased this because I could not find my previous brand in Canada. The flour is grainy (ie not fully powdered) and the pancakes did not hold together. It will do for now, but I will look for alternatives.

Great baking substitute
Love this product. Although, I tend to use it predominantly to make dog cookies, sweet potato flour has other uses. Better than rice flour.
