Allow freshly boiled water to cool for a few minutes before adding your teabag, then simply infuse for 2-3 minutes before consuming.

This was just okay for me… tastes like a mild peppermint tea. I would not repurchase. I really like this brand’s coconut green tea which l find has a nice balance of flavour—I’ll stick with that one!
