Great product for easy to take; expensive
This product was great. The reviews saying that it caused breakouts are probably accurate, but any BIOTIN will cause breakouts due to the rapid growth of skin cells and the imbalance between Vitamin B5 and B7. After taking the entire bottle, my nails had been the hardest, longest, and strongest as they ever have been. If you notice breakouts, only take 1 gummy instead of two every other day to allow your skin to adjust.
I am giving this 4 stars because you can buy 2500mg of Biotin with many more capsules for a much better price. It won't have the folic acid, but if you take a multivitamin (which I do), that takes care of that.
Overall, I really liked these, but will not repurchase because of price.

This product caused me to breakout drastically, not only on my face but on my chest and shoulders and I don't normally get any ance in those areas.

I really dont like these! I had bought the Squish x Herbaland ones that were really good so I thought I'd give these a try since the others were unavailable... I won't buy them again

It helps strengthen my nails!
Love the active ingredients in this product! Foti extract, biotin, and etc are all good for nail, hair and skin health! But it takes time for sure! You probably need to consume a few bottles before you see the result! Love!

These gummies are bomb! I love the flavour and they are heart-shaped. I noticed differences in my nails and hair a few weeks after regularly taking them. My hair was shinier and my nails were stronger. Love it!!

Don't like the taste
Was hopeful based on many good reviews of the benefits and taste but I was disappointed by the flavour of these - too much of an artificial sweetener/stevia aftertaste for me and a bit too sour. I will try a different brand once I get through these.
