Helps me fall asleep but...
I only started trying these for a month (not daily), but for me, I have found that they help me fall asleep, but not stay asleep. The first few days I only took one as I wasn’t sure how my body would react to it. It took effect fairly quickly (within 20-30 mins). After 3 days I found 1 was no longer enough (I didn’t really feel any effect at all anymore), so I bumped it up to the recommended dose of 2 gummies. That seemed to work, but again same issue - fall asleep within 20-30 mins but wake up after 4 hrs), and after a few days, no effect. It seems if your body gets used to things quickly, this might not be the right option.

Finally a full nights sleep’
I bought this about 3 weeks ago and have used it every night since. I have found that I am actually sleeping through the night now, without waking up and doing my usual tossing and turning. I would highly recommend!

It's more than just the melatonin. The flavor is great too. I just notice it helps me fall asleep but won't keep me asleep if I wake up. Also won't leave me drowzy.

Great Taste, Even Better Sleep!
I have gone through two bottles of this stuff by now and I swear I sleep much more soundly with these. It’s easier to fall asleep, stay asleep and feel more alert the next morning. I suffer from “my fiancé snores really loud” and I think I finally am snoring along side him when I take these!!

The best bedtime treat
I’ve been using these for a while - definitely helps me drop into a deeper sleep. It’s a lovely flavour - jasmine is a nice soothing end of day reward. Would recommend as part of a nighttime routine!
