I think what's IMPORTANT to realize is there is no collagen in these. The reason being, they are VEGAN. Collagen generally comes from bovine or marine (fish) in non-vegan supplements. However, if you're someone like me who doesn't want to eat and harm animals but still would like to boost your bodies natural collegan production, that's who these gummies are made for. They taste great, i take 3 a day. With anything supplemented, you likely need more than a few weeks for your body to have any changes and while people have said no, its not measurable, I don't think its bad to supplement these things to help boost your bodies production if thats a concern for you..as I've gotten older I want to make sure its covered and am happy there is an affordable option for me as someone who would not choose to eat animal protein.

Not sure if this product is actually boosting collagen production, like it claims, as that is difficult to measure but the gummies taste good and they are VEGAN and fair trade which is awesome. There are people complaining there is no collagen in the product, well you cannot have actual collagen if your vegan as it is obtained from mammals. This product claims to boost your body's own natural collagen production.

There actually is collagen!
I bought this from a different store, but I saw these again now...it's a myth to say "vegans don't have collagen"...stupid and foolish....Mother Nature made this world complete, without the need for exploiting animals cruelly and uselessly...
And this was proved by the fact that my skin texture has improved a lot, quite significantly...I haven't been making any other changes to my lifestyle, mind you....keep taking these!

I have a plant based diet, so for a long time I accepted the fact that I wouldn't be able to take a collagen supplement. However, since getting onto the Herbaland vitamin train, I've been taking these since January. My hair has definitely grown, my nails have been super strong, and I think my skin has improved a bit. I struggle with hormonal acne, but I think these vitamins have helped. The only WISH I have for these products is that the price was lower, since you are 'supposed' to take so many a day.. I only take 2 gummies a day.
