Hershey’s Chipits Skor Toffee Bits are always gluten free!

Ingredients: Sugar, Butter (Milk), Almonds, Sweetened Condensed Milk [Milk, Sugar], Milk Chocolate [Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Unsweetened Chocolate, Milk Ingredients, Lactose, Salt, Lecithin (Soy), Natural Flavour], Salt, Unsweetened Chocolate, Sunflower Oil.

How to make Skor Triangle:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Beat 1 cup (250 mL) softened butter with 1 cup (250 mL) packed light brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in 1 egg yolk and 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract.
  2. Stir in 2 cups (500 mL) flour and 1 cup (250 mL) Chipits Skor Toffee Bits until well combined. Press dough evenly into a 15x10 inch (38x25 cm) rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  3. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven; imemediately sprinkle 2 cups (500 mL) Chipits Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips over hot base. Let stand for 5 minutes or until chocolate softens; spread evenly over the base.
  4. Sprinkle an additional 1/4 cup (50 mL) chipits Skor Toffee Bits evenly over chocolate. Cool for 3 hours or until chocolate is set. Cut into 3 inch (7.5 cm) squares; cut each square diagonally to make 4 triangles. Makes 60 triangles. (Suggested serving)
Top: Chill for up to 1 hour to set the chocolate faster before cutting into triangles
