Hershey's Chipits Chocolate Chips Pure Semi-Sweet

Ingredients: Semi Sweet Chocolate [Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Milk Ingredients, Lecithin(Soy), Natural Flavour].

How to make Chipits Chocolate Chip Cookies:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Beat 1 cup (250 mL) softened butter with 1 cup (250 mL) packed brown sugar and 1/2 cup (125 mL) granulated sugar. Beat in 2 eggs and 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) vanilla extract.
  2. Stir 2 cups (500 mL) all-purpose flour with 1 tsp (5 mL) baking soda and 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt in a separate bowl. Gradually beat into butter mixture.
  3. Stir in 1 package (300 g) Chipits Pure Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips and 1 cup (250 mL) chopped nuts (optional). Drop rounded 1 tbsp portions of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Makes 4 dozen cookies (suggested serving).
Tip: To melt Chipits chips in a microwave, place 1 cup (250 mL) chips in bowl. Microwave on Medium, 2 minutes. Remove; stir until melted.
