Hershey’s Chipits Minis Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips are always gluten free and made with simple ingredients!

Ingredients: Semi ­Sweet Chocolate [Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Milk Ingredients, Lecithin (Soy), Natural Flavour]

How to make Chocolate Chip Banana Bread:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Whisk 1 cup (250 mL) mashed ripe bananas with 1 cup (250 mL) granulated sugar, 1/2 cup (125 mL) vegetable oil and 2 eggs.
  2. Stir 2 cups (500 mL) all purpose flour with 1 tsp (5 mL) baking powder, 1 tsp (5 mL) salt, and 1/2 tsp(2 mL) baking soda in a separate bowl. Stir into banana mixture, just until combined.
  3. Stir in 1 cup (250 mL) Chipits Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips Minis and 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped walnuts (optional). Pour batter into a greased 9x5 inch (2 L) loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 65 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into centre comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Makes 1 loaf (18 slices). (Suggested serving)
