Tastes good, unintended side effect
The cookies taste great, have lots of added benefits from fats and whatnot. But they will make you need to go to the bathroom within 30 min due to the amount of Fibre in them. From the psyllium husk to the Flax, it will keep you very regular. Good cookies though, very nutty.
