The main downside to these is that the smell is stronger than that of a nicotine based cigarette. Both of my parents are endeavoring to quit smoking so I bought these to help them thinking it would be a mildly healthier option. They both find the taste a little off putting which is actually helping curb their urges to smoke!

It is not bad at all- I am still smoking regular cigarettes on a ratio of 2 of these to 1 reg. and I am feeling good about ordering more,so hopefully I will be weaned gradually off the nicotine! I ordered more yesterday.
