Versatile
I use this in casseroles and soups to add a bit of heat. The flavour profile (other than heat) is not very strong so it doesn't take over the main flavours of the dish (i.e., not obviously vinegary or garlicky; also not fermented like siracha). I don't use it as a finishing sauce unless I just want more heat, but it is lovely mixed with ketchup.
