Directions: Adults and adolescents 13 years and older: 10 mL 3-6 times daily, maximum 60 mL per day. hydraSense Dry Cough Relief works by coating the throat to provide effective relief. Swish for a while then swallow to relieve symptoms. Do not drink up to half an hour after intake. Take 1/2 hour before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Use included measuring cup.
