Dosage: Gently instill 1-2 drops into your eye(s), as needed.

Terrible Packaging
I contacted Bayer Customer Service to advise that my bottle of HydraSense did not release any eye drops when the bottle was half full. Their representative, Ben, indicated Bayer was aware of the problem. He told me if I did not hear back from Bayer in three weeks to discard the container. There was no accounting or responsibility by Bayer for the ineffective packaging. The customer is paying for a product of which only half is usable. I will not purchase Bayer products in future.

bottle and the way it dispenses drops does not allow for all the drops to be used
After using bottle for a couple days it will become very difficult to get any drops out as it will be all collapsed in on itself basically leaving quite a bit of drops in the bottle and no way to get them out. I contacted Bayer customer service and was basically told that is how the sterile system works and \i could use the individual vials. Not impressed. I'd rather spend a bit more money on a different brand if it means I can actually finish the bottle.

great product, terrible container
the liquid I like and it helps my dry eyes the best, your container is no good, works sometimes and the balance will not come out, what can you suggesdt
