Directions: Adults and children 12 years and over: Dissolve 2-3 tablets under tongue 1-6 times per day, starting at bedtime. Children 6 years to under 12 years of: Dissolve 1-2 tablets under tongue 1-4 times per day, starting at bedtime.

Sleeping Better!
My husband has Parkinson's and has quite restless legs. This seems to help calm him and help him to sleep. He says the tablets dissolve very easily and quickly.

Helpful for annoying RLS
I had tried the regular Restful legs and thought that since it was good, this would be better. I didn't notice any difference so I will stay with the other version
