Organic French Lentils are tiny green lentils that grow in France. They make a delicious side dish or bed for meats or fish. They will hold their shape after cooking and are excellent as a simple dish served with butter, salt and pepper. Or, try adding them to your next stew or chili.
Directions: Wash lentils. Bring to a boil in 3 parts of water for 1 part of lentils. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
