Ingredients: Organic Himalayan (Bhutan) Red Rice.
Cooking Directions: Rinse rice in water. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pot. Add 1 cup rice and stir for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Lower heat and cover pot. Cook for 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 10 more minutes.
