Cooking Directions: Rinse Quinoa thoroughly. Simmer 1 1/2 parts of water for 1 part of quinoa. Lets simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
I agree with Alicia, I love to make a big batch of this early in the week and add cold to salads. My family loves the texture of the red much more than the usual white quinoa.
I love quinoa and I eat it very often. It's high in protein and has no gluten. Very healthy

Just made it last night in a stir-fry instead of rice, so yummy! More interesting flavour than regular quinoa, and much better for you than couscous! Also, 30% DR of iron!
This is by far the cheapest quinoa I've seen, cooks approx. 15 min. Very good for you and can't beat the price.
Great price on Quinoa. This type has a slightly bitter taste compared to white so I found best for main course meals as opposed to breakfast. But some might prefer that flavour in the morning:)
I mix it with rice and tastes great. My wife adds it to her smoothies too!

I love quinoa cuz they are so fast to cook (10-15 mins) yet it's so nutritious. 1/4 cup has 20% iron you need a day. Very good investment for your health.
Easy to cook with a good texture. However I do like of the taste regular Quinoa better
Superb! I rinced for about 3 minutes and cooked per instructions and it was wonderful, crunchy, nutty goodness, for sauces and in a cold in a salad.
