SpritzISH is their take on the ubiquitous aperitif. ISH loves the spritz so no corners were cut when they developed their recipe. Quassia, cinnamon and gentian root add the complex bitterness and herbaceousness found in a traditional spritz. Lemons, oranges and tangerines add tang and sweetness. A touch of chili lends a hint of that familiar alcohol burn.

I heard these were a non alcoholic version of aperol, which I never heard of so I got them to try. It was delicious! They are so good cold. I am not surprised that they are sold out now. They were good!
