This is a great compromise if you don't like the taste of most coconut milk and dislike the high sugar in rice milk. It has a nice smooth taste, which my very discerning 6-year loves. It is now the only milk she will drink. It is also free of carrageenaan.
If you want to add it to coffee, its translucent appearance means the colour won't be right, but the taste is good. I've started experimenting making lattes with it.
