Recommended Dosage: Adults: Take 1 softgel daily with a meal. Take at the first sign of a cold or flu and a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 2 months. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
Caution: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if you have an autoimmune disorder, a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection or if you are taking immunosuppressants. Would recommend
Definitely shortens/lessens the intensity of a cold if you take it as soon as you notice anything! I was around someone with a cold and took this as a precaution and I didn’t get sick!
