Jamieson's Omega 3-6-9 is derived from fresh, pure cold-pressed oils of organic flax, borage and deep water fish. The active essential fatty acids from these nutrient sources offer a variety of health-related benefits. It contains Vitamin E in the form of natural mixed tocopherols to prevent oxidation and maintain the freshness of the oil. The fish oil used in these capsules is purified using a gentle molecular distillation process to remove all traces of mercury and other micro-contaminants.
