It works
I was at the gym complaining about my difficulty sleeping due to aches in my elbows. Someone mentioned that i should try krill oil as it helps with joint pain. I started taking 1 caplet and within 2 weeks no more aches in my elbows....a miracle. About 4 or 5 years later i started having the same problem so i started taking 2 caplets, problem solved again. I can't do without this product and it's the only brand that i buy because it is complete with 500mg per caplet. That is the importance when comparing other brands.

So far, seem pretty good.
My favourite thing about these omega capsules, is that they are pretty easy to swallow as they are not ginormous in size. It is a little too early to tell if they will actually benefit my health, but the small size of the capsules will encourage me to continue taking them.

This is the best fish oil vitamin I’ve ever had! No fishy burbs easy to swallow gel caps. I use the krill oil to help regulate my menstrual cycle it’s very effective when you take 2 gel caps a day.
