Jamieson Prenatal 100% Complete Multivitamin is a complete prenatal and postnatal multivitamin, rich in folic acid, to provide expecting and nursing mothers with the essential nutrients they need to support their baby’s healthy development and help prevent neural tube defects.
Directions: Adult Women: Take 1 caplet daily with a meal prior to conception, during pregnancy, and while breastfeeding. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
Also Contains: Cellulose, water-soluble cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, modified cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, titanium dioxide, riboflavin, anthocyanins, carmine.
NO gluten, lactose or artificial flavours.
Warning: There is enough drug (iron) in this package to seriously harm a child. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners.

No tummy ache
These are the only prenatals that didn’t give me an upset stomach. Even when taken on an empty stomach.

I have been using this prenatal throughout my pregnancy. So far so good, no stomach upset. I minus one star because the calcium blocks the iron absorption so I had to start taking an iron supplement a few weeks ago. If you don't tend to run anemic this should be fine for you. Great price.

Food-based vitamin that doesn't upset my stomach or cause reflux, unlike other vitamins. This used to be covered in gelatin-like, cherry-flavoured coating. The current version is less cumbersome and easier to get down (and less questionable-looking!).

Do not take on an empty stomach/causes body acne
These are ok. I took these twice on an empty stomach and it caused me to vomit and as soon as I started to take these I got acne on my chest and back that I never an issue with before.

Awesome vitamin
This vitamin has everything you need. It's perfect and I've searched high and low. It's got the proper amount of iron and folic acid. Just what I needed! Will continue to purchase.
