Jamieson 100% Complete Prenatal Multivitamin with DHA is a premium, complete prenatal and postnatal multivitamin that provides 100% or more of the vitamins recommended for pregnant women and 150 mg of omega-3 DHA in just one softgel per day! It is rich in folic acid to help prevent neural tube defects, and ensures expecting and nursing mothers are getting the essential vitamins and other nutrients they need for their baby's optimal brain development and overall health.
Recommended Dosage: Adult Women: Take 1 softgel daily with a meal prior to conception, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

What I chose after extensive reading
I investigated 11 different prenatals and this one is by far the most complete. I've tried other brands, and have nauseous when taking them, it's not the case with this one!

Does the job
I’ve purchased way more expensive prenatal vitamins and I can’t say that I’ve noticed a difference. I don’t mind the size (they can be swallowed without water). And I never experienced a fishy odour. I used these throughout my pregnancy and continued while breastfeeding. I continue to purchase as I have no complaints.

Great!
I started taking these vitamins the moment when we decided to try for a baby. I continued to take the throughout my pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
The soft gel pills are easy to swallow and I find they don't have a fishy taste from the DHA.

Misleading ingredients list online
I bought these pills that based on the ingredient list on the Well.ca website, it only had beta carotene in it and not other forms of vitamin a, due to the issues with too much vitamin a in pregnancy. I've just realised that not only does it have vitamin a but a type of vitamin A not recommended in pregnancy. I feel sick that I've been taking these and have maybe put my baby at risk.

Great vitamins!
They do the job! I need to take them with food or they make me a bit nauseous, but honestly other prenatals have had the same effect on me. I really like that these are Canadian, and the price is always amazing compared to others. I also like that these have added iron AND dha (I have low iron and would need another supplement if these didn't have the added iron).

Nasty
Glad I’m at the end of my bottle. Pills are big (almost an inch long) and have a strong odour which comes off as soon as you open the bottle. Bad aftertaste, have to take it before food to avoid feeling nauseous from it. Would not buy ever again.

Smelly smelly smelly
These smell absolutely terrible. I’m not sure how any pregnant woman would be able to get this down. I’m postpartum so I plug my nose when opening and that helps but I have no idea how a nauseous pregnant women would handle this smell.

Wish it had more micronutrients
This multivitamin is okay. It’s missing a few key nutrients I wish were included like iodine and choline. If doesn’t have a smell to it, and is not overly large which is nice. I’ll add the other nutrients on the side for now!
