I've been suffering from a chronic illness for the last two years that has left me feeling extremely fatigued and in a brain fog. I tried iron infusions and vitamins to regain my energy but none of them worked. I found the Jamieson Vitamin B12 strips in my pharmacy and decided to give them a shot. I tried one strip and the next day I woke up feeling alert, more energized, and the brain fog was completely gone. It was the first time in a long time I felt like old myself again. I will continue to take the strips and hopefully I can return to work full-time real soon.

Vegetarian and Senior morning essential ....
I am a vegetarian and my wife, while she is a meat eater, like many seniors cannot process B12 from food. So we both need a B12 source such as Jaimiason's B12 strips that desolve on the tongue with the B12 entering the blood stream directly through the skin in our mouths. Using the strips my wife was able to avoid ongoing B12 injections. So for both of us it is an essential at breakfast. It's pleasant mint flavor is a treat in itself. We obviously consume a good deal of it over time and Well.ca's excellent pricing and periodic vitamin sales save us a lot of money.

this product is great, I was diagnosed with low b12 and told to try the supplement before going to shots, I found that I was allergic to the tablets due to the cobalt in the tablet but I can take these strips no problem and they are helping with my symptoms noticabley.

As a senior citizen in my 70's, B12 in tablet form isn't easily absorbed by the stomach. Placed under the tongue, these strips go right into the blood stream and are very easy to take. I've used them for the past two years. Taste cool and fresh too!

Excellent idea to use fast-dissolving strips. B12 is notoriously hard to absorb, and while I haven't used it long enough to know that it works better than tabs, I was encouraged to read that this is a benefit of the strips

I am unable to take regular B12 supplements because of past gastric surgery so my only option is sublingual pills or shots. I find the strips convenient and the mint taste fresh Works for me
