I take this product to lessen the frequency of migraines. This has been a bad summer for me with migraines and I think the B2 is helping. The pain intensity is lower than before starting B2. The migraine duration is shorter as well.

I, like others, use them for migraine prevention. My only complaint is they dissolve rather easily & if you don't swallow them quickly, they are rather unpleasant.

Seems to be helping my daughter with her migraines. She can swallow them no problem with applesauce (she's 5), but they do leave a very bitter taste if they don't go down on the first swallow!

Had a significant medical event apr/14. Since then shakey hands, then legs and feet. No dx of reason. Started B-2, B-12, Thyroid, D, and L-Tyrosine. After three weeks there seems to be a decrease in tremors, and I am grateful. And .. since they do help, I do not care how they are packaged I will continue to swallow same combo. Thanks for the ease of shopping, availability and for being available.. walking to shop is tough.

I love B2 and are helpful with my migraines, but these pills in particular leave a bad, bitter taste and I often gag as a result b/c they aren't gel coated. I prefer the gel coated ones and will go back to them once I'm done with this bottle. Had to purchase this bottle b/c my usual brand was out of stock.

I have been taking these for migraines with magnesium for almost 6 months and have seen an improvement (with a change of diet as well) and for anyone suffering migraines, a change, even small is a huge improvement!. Hard to find anywhere else so glad they are available through well.ca!

It does help with migraines. In my experience, you have to take 400 mg a day, everyday. As other reviewers have noted, it takes time before you notice a difference. While it doesn't always fully prevent migraines for me (when there is very unstable weather, for example), it DOES stop a full blown migraine attack where I have to hide in the dark for hours. For me, this is a huge victory.

Well.ca is a pleasure to deal with. Quick shipping. Carry products that not all other companys do. As for the B2 I am taking 4 x 100mg a day to help prevent migraines. Been a sufferer for 30 years (every 2 weeks for 4 days). Most people say it takes 4 weeks to feel any effects and that B2 will not prevent migraines but lessen the severity of them. I have only had 17 days migraine free at this point. No side effects except your urine turns bright yellow. Fingers crossed it helps. Will update later.

My neurologist advised me to take riboflavin (b2) and magnesium everyday to see if it would help me and a bad season of migraine pain. It was incredibly shocking to find that taking a high dose of this every day has wiped out 90% of my migraines!! Life changing. If you suffer from migraine pain you should look into the research/ask your doctor.
