Dead weight annoying product
Took this on a trip with my son and we found it terribly useless. Doesn't roll well, not safe to ride on at ALL and fits very little items inside. You'll end up having to carry it around and it is so cumbersome. Then setting up the bed on the plane is difficult and barely adds any space, the mattress pad just slides around. Not to mention when the seatbelt sign is on it needs to be stowed, which adds up to hours of the trip. The lid compartment is very difficult to open, which I'd consider a defect. Well.ca will not take it back, even though I checked many times on the website before purchasing to see if it could be returned. They directed me to Stokke which is US based and that was a dead end too. Don't waste your money.

I really love this product.
Despite the fact that we haven't yet had the chance to use this piece as a bed, we've used it multiple times as a carry-on for ground + air travel and I really love it - especially since my toddler does, too!
While it can be somewhat cumbersome to carry if your child decides to take a break from riding or pulling, the shoulder strap conversion is helpful, and we've found that more often than not it keeps our little guy focused and busy while navigating a busy airport.
Plus, it becomes the perfect little toy/activity box when we get to our destination!
It seems sturdy and well-made, plus the included stickers for personalization are a fun touch. I think this will last us a very long time :)
Overall, I'm happy with this purchase!

Poor Quality & Unsafe
Please do NOT buy. Our wheels broken off and there is no way of fixing. Stokke will also not help you outside their warranty period, knowing that this is such a common problem with the product. We only used a handful of times and the fact it broke shows that's it's poor design, materials and a safety concern for parents. The price tag isn't worth it...we basically paid $100 for the 3x we used it. Not recommended.

Expensive and not great!
I have bought this for my son and he used it once and one of the wheels broke off. He barely even rode it, and we have been pulling it the next 2 trips we had and another wheel has broken off. It's expensive and I feel like it was a waste of money.
