Dosage: Adults: Add 1 scoop (32 g) to a blender, shaker cup, or glass filled with 177-237 mL (6-8 oz) of cold water or your favourite beverage (vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired taste and sweetness level). Blend, shake or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consume once daily for the maintenance of good health.

Strawberries and cream flavor
I have used Kaizen products for a long time Where I lived I didn’t often have the availability of the strawberries and cream and a lot of the other products just didn’t have a nice flavour I really enjoy the flavour of this it actually taste like strawberries and not bitter Like often some of those others do it’s a good product I will probably continue to order it as long as I am using protein powders. I appreciated the quick delivery as well it didn’t take that long for my order to come
