Taste great but cause intestinal unrest
I don't recommend these at all, as they will give you the runs and painful bloating. Your better option is Smart Sweets that don't cause this kind of pain.

Great keto option
These are very similar to SmartSweets gummy bears. These a bit more chewy/squishy, and a bit less flavorful than SmartSweets. But SS recently changed their formula so that the gummy bears are higher in carbs and that makes them less of an option for keto. So I agree that SS old formula with only 5g net carbs is better, Kiss My Keto will be my go-to when I can no longer get those.

Tastes just like the real thing
Just started following the keto guideline. I was thrilled to see these as Keto friendly and bought them being cautiously optimistic. I'm so glad I did. They are delicious! I want to buy more so my family can enjoy but will have to wait until they come back in stock. Two thumbs up!!!

I have bought these a few times and will continue to buy them. I've never had stomach issues with these like I do on some keto snacks. The smart sweets are not keto since they changed so these are a great next option

I don’t understand why all the positive reviews. These are gross and I will never buy them again especially for the price. Smart Sweets are 1000x better.

Better than expected!
I purchased these gummies as an alternative to Smart Sweets, who is changing their recipe formulas to a net carb count that excludes them from my keto diet. Flavour is good, texture is a little firmer than chewy, and no digestive distress at all. Packages are very small, but I will switch over to these once I cannot get the 3g Smart Sweets any longer
