WOW. Following the AIP diet can be difficult, especially when youâÂÂre missing the crunchy/saltiness of potato chips and popcorn at times, but these Paleo Puffs are SO good!!
They have the light crispy texture of cheese puffs, and all the satisfying crunch and saltiness of chips. The coconut flavour is strong, but if you don't mind the flavour of coconut oil and/or are used to eating it, you'll find these puffs very addictive! So grateful to have a crunchy treat to eat again!!

Loved it, ordered a couple more
I was here to purchase the egg white puff (also from the same brand) and thought I'd tried this and added one. I later regretted only having had added 1 and ordered 4 more after finishing the bag.
Macros aren't as great as the egg white puffs but I'm not snacking on these for health anyways.
This tastes simple but very good - not too salty, crunchy, sugary, or anything else in extreme. Texture is also very satisfying too. I love this as is, not because its an "healthier" alternative.

I LOVE these and would highly recommend them. They are an AIP compliant snack food, which is difficult to find in Canada without making it yourself. The most similar type of snack I can think of is cheesies in terms of texture. They do have a slight coconut oil taste to them, so if you aren't a coconut fan this may not be the snack for you.

These are like cardboard packing peanuts soaked in coconut oil and salted...... hmmm. But strangely addicting. I am not sure whether to give them one star or 5. I better buy more and figure it out. Lol

I am a chip lover and itâÂÂs the salt I crave. Tried lots of things to replace chips and this product has done it. I find them quite tasty and I donâÂÂt feel like IâÂÂm ruining my healthy eating for the day and my snacking urge is satisfied

I found these greasy and grainy tasting. I did not like them at all. I tried a few, offered some to my daughter, then sent them to work with my husband.

Way too salty for me! Healthy snack should also mean less salt. Other than that I like it but for people who don't like coconut it can be too much.

Be careful these are very addictive!
I am unable to eat most potato chips and popcorn. These are a fantastic alternative and really hit the salty crunchy need to indulge spot. I have to admit I have trouble not finishing the bag
