WOW. Following the AIP diet can be difficult, especially when youâÂÂre missing the crunchy/saltiness of potato chips and popcorn at times, but these Paleo Puffs are SO good!!
They have the light crispy texture of cheese puffs, and all the satisfying crunch and saltiness of chips. The coconut flavour is strong, but if you donâÂÂt mind the flavour of coconut oil and/or are used to eating it, youâÂÂll find these puffs very addictive! So grateful to have a crunchy treat to eat again!!

You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't buy these!
THESE ARE INCREDIBLE. By far some of the best "cheese" puffs I've had as a vegan. I would recommend these over and over again- don't let the price deter you. Absolute must try.

Love this treat!
My partner brought these home from the US and I was addicted. Finding them here in Canada was challenging, so was tickled when I found them at Well.ca.

My go to snack
Love cheesy snacks like popcorn and Cheetos but I can't do dairy anymore and don't like eating all that junk. Love these. They got great texture, taste and no GUILT!! it's a win win.
