Caution: Consult your healthcare practitioner if you have a history of or are currently experiencing any of the following: If you have or have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer, Following a low-protein diet, Taking blood thinners or digoxin, antidepressant medication, diabetes medication, high blood pressure, seizures, hormone replacement therapy, or birth control pills, or If you have liver disease, kidney disease and/or a seizure disorder. If you are experiencing severe stomach and/or intestinal irritation discontinue use. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If you are sensitive to niacinamide, you may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient.

Contra-Indications: If you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder, do not use this product. Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E) as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are taking antibiotics, do not use this product. If you are taking nitroglycerin, do not use this product.

Known Adverse Reactions: Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough vitamin B12, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you experience irritability or insomnia or headache, discontinue use. May cause digestive problems.
