The shampoo works well enough as a shampoo, however it is not tear free at all. In fact, I accidently got some in my eye and I'm a 29 year old adult and it STUNG! No wonder my kid screams every time I wash her hair with it. Here I thought she was just screaming cause she hates having her hair washed. Nope, this stuff hurts to get in your eyes. In fact, after I got it in my eye, a large portion of my eye turned red. No amount of rinsing out took away the sting or the redness. It's definitely noticable even from far away

Formula has changed?
Orange mango has been our go to for years! Until recently our last two bottles (from different stores) have changed from creamy, thick, luxurious 2/1 to a thin, clear, ultra drying new formula?? We were hoping it was an off batch. We’ve been driving all around town trying to get any bottles of the original formula we can before it’s gone.

Too liquidy...kids waste a lot of it
Bought it and hardly turned my back and the 5 year old used 2/3 of a bottle. Needless to say, I was angry to see hard earned cash roll down the drain.

Wasteful
Way too viscous, to the point where I figure they must have done it on purpose to make you waste product. Seriously at least a third of the bottle has gone to waste because so much comes out at once.

Great kids shampoo
My son hates getting his hair washed but loves the scents of L’Oréal kids shampoo! Nice clean feeling and slight moisture left in his hair!
