Great salt alternative
First off check with a doctor or pharmacist as with some medical conditions this is not recommended as a substitute (I can't use it for husband as he's diabetic). For me I appreciate having the opportunity to reduce my sodium intake while still getting iodine into my diet that I was otherwise not getting enough of. It should be mentioned that not all prepared foods containing salt use iodized salt, so if you're also on a sodium reduced diet is something to keep in mind and discuss with a medical professional before effectively eliminating iodine from your diet if you stop adding table salt to your food.

I thought this would be an easy swap for regular table salt, but I can taste the difference and I don't really like it.
