Best gf ramen
This is amazing with home made chicken stock and veg. The noodle texture is perfect, I would choose this over gluten if I could eat it. Just make sure to break it up and stir so all of it is cooked or you can end up with a little bit of lesser cooked noodle.

Very high in sodium
The taste is ok but nothing special. I didn’t use the whole seasoning packet because I have to watch my sodium intake. I also added some fresh veggies to make it a bit more nutritious. If I had known it contained that much sodium I wouldn’t have bought it.

Better then most Ramen noodles. I even lake the flavours. I usually discard the flavour pouch with other brands but not this one.
A little hard to separate when cooking but it’s manageable. Also like the ingredients

Bleh gross
The texture and the flavor were so off putting I just threw it out. I usually love ramen and miso but this was just gross and disappointing.
