I love it
I heard good comments about black rice before, but I thought it's too expensive. However, for health reasons, I gave it a try, and I'm glad that it really improves my digestion when I eat it in moderation (alternating it with other grains). It is also high in antioxidant; and since it is a natural food, it is much better than taking synthetic antioxidant supplements. I recommend soaking it overnight and removing the froth when cooking, to reduce the naturally-occurring heavy metals, which is present in many grains. I love it.

Nutrient-dense for health
I enjoy the slightly sweet, nutty flavour of this rice. It adds a bit of a kick to my meals. However, it's the nutrition boost that you get from the antioxidants that make it a great purchase. It is far more nutrient-dense than brown rice. I mix it in with brown or mixed rice and get a great deal more nutrition.
