Delicious but be careful if on keto!
These bars are amazing on the go...especially this flavour...but you should note that they tend to reduce your ketones and push you out of fat burning mode temporarily. If you want your Ketostick to stay purple...pick a different snack!

Finally, the perfect amount of everything!! Crunch, taste, smell...I bought 3 boxes. I eat this with an apple, and it’s easy to regulate my blood sugar! Thank you for this flavour, as it’s truly my favourite.
