Absolutely delicious! Chocolatey, crunchy and creamy. A great quick grab in the morning, especially if you are tired of eggs for breakfast. I keep one in my purse and at my desk to deter straying from my keto diet. CanâÂÂt wait to try the other flavours and the shake!

Best protein bars I’ve bought
I decided to try a new protein bar because I have a hard time finding one’s I continually enjoy and I’m all about texture and flavour. These hit the spot! Nice creamy texture with a little crunch from the crisps and the almond is my absolute favourite! I also favour the coconut bars. These are the best, I can’t stop buying them!

Taste good but a terrible mess
These tasted good, but the outer coating was so melty it got on everything, I have never had this experience with a bar before. I ended up eating the last ones with a fork and knife to avoid the mess.
