The chocolate has a very crunchy exterior and somewhat crunchy interior. Unfortunately, it doesn't have that melt in your mouth experience, such as other 80% bars such as Camino or Alter Eco.
The flavor is good, it comes across as a lighter dark chocolate, with the traditional hint of vanilla, and a very subtle fruity tone.

I got this chocolate bar as a gift from a friend and it was so delicious, so I was so happy to discover it here. Everything about it is great. If you are into raw chocolate you will be satisfied for sure.
