The bag is really nice. I love all the pockets and I love that it is convertible. But IâÂÂve only had the bag for a month and already there is a rip in the lining of insulated part and the grippy stuff (I donâÂÂt know what it is called) on the handles is also ripping. IâÂÂve had a few lug bags in the past and have always thought they were amazing quality so this is really disappointing.
