AMAZING SAUCE - Just a bit salty
This sauce was a great oyster sauce alternative. I bought one bottle and it only lasted a week! It is a bit salty, so I would recommend not adding salt to the other components of the dish you are making! I made vegan beef & broccoli stir fry!

Perfect substitute for the real thing
This is a staple when cooking stir fries, tofu, noodles, or soup. I found it compares very well to actual oyster sauce - it's salty, a little sweet, and delivers a good punch of umami.

Good sauce
This is a good sauce but didn't remind me of oyster sauce. Also an oversight on my behalf, I didn't notice it contained soy until it arrived.
