I have been using hemp oil for about 4 months now and love it. I had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep before I started taking this. I take 2-3 tbsp per day, with the last being a few hours before bed, and I sleep like a baby. The only thing I don't like about it is the taste, but usually chase my tbsp with some juice and that takes care of the problem. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I have been using Manitoba Harvest Hemp Oil for 5 years and my joints do not pain me and I do not have to go to my chiropractor any more. When I split wood I had to go 3 times a week for my back, he said the hemp oil did him out of a patient. I tell everyone I meet how wonderful it is.

A good oil. I've had hemp seed oils that were VERY strong tasting and I couldn't even stomach them. This brand definitely has a milder flavor, though is still not as versatile as, say, a flax seed oil in flavor. I wouldn't add this to my maple syrup like I do flax seed oil. But it's also a healthier oil. LOVE it on salads, fresh veggies, toast. That kind of thing.
