Really helped with bruising
I took a pretty nasty tumble prior to the holidays and my back and upper thigh were absolutely covered in bruises that seemed to be taking FOREVER to resolve. At the recommendation of a friend, I bought this arnica cream- and within a week they were almost completely resolved. I've since used it on sore muscles and growing pains for my kids and it's been great. It has a lovely whipped texture and soaks in well.
