Rated 2 out of 5 by from Painful product, but pretty gloss I bought this gloss recently in the shade cocoa zing. It is very painful. I was so surprised the first time I wore it that I actually had to remove it just minutes after first applying. If you apply a small amount (wipe off the applicator), the pain is bearable. If you apply the recommended amount (the quantity that's standard on the applicator), it really burns. I don't have sensitive skin yet I struggled with this product, especially when it got on my tongue/into the mouth. I am surprised there isn't a warning associated with the product. If you can handle pain, you might like the gloss. It is pretty, but I will be purchasing the regular lifter gloss from now on.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Didn't anyone at your company test this product on themselves first?  My god. Nothing should feel like that on your lips.  Returning it tomorrow.  Avoid this product! It is absolutely horrific. How did it made it to shelves is beyond me.  The team involved in creating it and actually thought that selling it to people was a good idea should be fired.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible and burns I just bought two of these lip (chili) pumps.  Horrible and very  Painful sensation.  Lips are burning.  Wasted my money.  How can this product  be allowed to stay on market.  Took it off after 10 minutes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would not repurchase This was a disappointing purchase. I bought it in the colour 007 Cocoa Zing. It looks very pigmented and shimmery in the tube. When I applied it, it was a clear gloss—had no colour at all. I could feel the heat from the gloss but it didn’t change the look of my lips at all. In addition, it was wrapped in clear tape which was very difficult to remove and it left sticky black patches on the tube.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A no Bought this about 3 weeks ago and tried a few times. I cannot apply this anymore.. It burns so much. It burns the tip of my tongue as well. I would not recommend this to anybody unless they enjoy pain so much. Not to mention it doesn’t actually plump my lips. They look good because of the gloss, but it’s just pain juice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too hot.. This is horrific. Was this tested on animals??!!! That’s just so so sad and wrong to imagine. This isn’t fit for a human .. makes me wonder how this ended up on the shelves? I really, truly hope this wasn’t tested on animals.
