Label and ingredient changes?
I am normally a big fan of Mega Food supplements, but my most recent purchase of the Women Over 40, One Daily multivitamin has some ingredient changes I find disappointing. For starters the labeling is slightly different. I liked the old one where it stated the specific foods that were sourced for each vitamin/mineral. Now it looks as though a couple of them are being replaced with synthetic forms, ie: folate from folic acid. The old label read folate from broccoli. (The ingredients list here on well.ca is not accurate to the new labels.) I sincerely hope this is not the direction Mega Food is going in, as I find it more and more challenging to find anything that isn’t synthetically produced in the supplement world and I genuinely loved these products before. It’s really too bad.

Love this brand
Decided to give this brand a try. It's great, and no unpleasant side effects. Will continue taking these vitamins.
