Recommended Dose:

• Children (aged 1-13 years): Take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
• Children (aged 14-18 years): Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
• Adults: Take 1 1/4 teaspoon (6.25 mL) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
