Metamucil MultiHealth Fibre helps lower cholesterol levels to promote
heart health, and promotes digestive health. Made with 100% naturally
sourced psyllium fibre.
Directions:
Mix one dose into 240 mL glass of cool liquid. Stir briskly and drink
immediately. An additional glass of liquid is helpful. Do not interrupt
medication. For fibre supplementation of relief of irregularity: Start
by taking 1 dose each day. As your body adjusts to increased fibre
intake, gradually increase to 3 doses per day. Generally takes effect in
12-72 hours.
Adults and Children Over 12: One rounded teaspoon (7 g) or three level teaspoons (7 g) into a 240 mL glass of cool liquid up to 3 times daily.
Children (6-12 years): half of the adult dose (3.5 g) in a 240 mL glass of cool liquid up to 3 times daily.
Children under 6 Years: Do not use.
For Adults Only:

Great effective fibre supplement

When I mixed as directed, I was pleasantly surprised. It tastes good with a light citrus flavour and was very effective.

Product is unavailable
I can only provide a negative rating of this product because it has been persistently out of stock everywhere in Toronto for months with no information on your website or in the stores about when it will become available again. If supply is not trustworthy, the product is not trustworthy, especially when you tell consumers nothing. I have been using it with good results before these shortages developed, but I now need to find alternatives.

I have never used a product like this before because I was worried it would upset my stomach. I was very surprised how easy it was to use Metamucil Powder, just put a couple of teaspoons into any cold beverage. I took as a fibre supplement and I also found that it made me feel full.I loved that this product has no added sweetener. I will continue to use this product when I need to.

Has Maltodextrin in it.
If trying to control your blood sugar and insulin levels it is best not to have maltodextrin in this product. Maltodextrin is a starch that quickly turns to sugar in the body

Easy to consume and healthy benefits.
#freeproduct I received Metamucil Powder with no added sweetner from Topbox for review purposes and it was a very good experience. I used it once a day a few times a week with my lunch and on those days it made a very good difference in keeping me feeling full until dinner time so less snacking! I also liked that my bowel movements were more regular as well. The powder itself has a pleasant taste and dissolves easily in water making it very easy to digest. I would recommend this product to my family and friends. #trywithtopbox

I found that although the powder does dissolve, it takes some effort to make it happen.
Make sure you use a flavored liquid because you can definitely taste this 'flavourless' powder.
Having said that, it definitely suppressed my appetite and it did a great job of regulating my system. If you have issues in either of these areas, you should try Metamucil.

My son has always had bowel issues and we have been trying other resources to help him and they have never worked until we tried metamucil. My son used this product in the morning with breakfast, he liked the flavour and said it was easy to use as well. The same day after using the metamucil, my son was able to solve his bowel issue and now uses the metamucil once a week with his breakfast. Great product and we will be purchasing again.

I used it as an appetite suppressant, taking it about 30 minutes before a meal and it did make me feel not as hungry when it came time for meals. The problem was that I did not care for the texture at all. It thickens as you stir.
As a diabetic, I was happy that it had no added sweeteners, but I think I would have preferred to have some flavour, such as orange.

Really Helped to Suppress My Appetite

Great fiber source

I used it for additional fiber intake and it sure helped me with my digestion system as well. It has a very pleasant lemony taste. I tried it with just cold plan water and with pear juice, they were both delicious. It is better to drink it shortly after preparation otherwise it get a big jelly structure. I would definitely recommend this for digestion and for the days that you need some fibre support.

I suffer occasional constipation so I was excited to try this. The instructions are clear and easy. The powder mixes well with minimal stirring. There is no flavour, it does not have a thick or lumpy texture. It goes down easy and does not invoke gagging. I find taking it daily very much keeps me regular. In addition it does quell my appetite. I have read it can also lower cholesterol when taken regularly. Overall a great product. Easy to use, and great results. Expensive but effective
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have used Metamucil in the past so I was intrigued to try this sugar free version. I drank the mixture in the morning hoping to set up my day on the right foot. It wasn't unpleasant tasting, sort of a flat orange pop flavor. I did feel the fullness for several hours so that was advertised. I am hoping to have better digestive health and so far its working. I've only been using this product for a couple weeks and have only been having it once per day. It did say I could have it up to 3x a day, but once is working for me.
The only issue I have with this product is the price. While I did receive this container free, I would need to find a good sale or coupon to repurchase.

I'm not sure its something I'd have bought on my own but def no harm in adding extra fiber to your diet. I would purchase in future .

We all need extra fibre in our diet. Metamucil has us covered. With no sugar added and unflavoured it can be added to anything you choose getting extra fibre is easy, you don't even know its there.

I tried it in the mornings, and had a hard time getting it down. The texture is thick and it definitely is not a product that you can drink throughout the day in water as it gets thicker. I tried doing shot of it but in the end I gave up. Did it work, yes but I just couldn't get past the texture and taste.

I was really excited - I can’t stand artificial sweeteners and I find the weird flavours they usually try to hide fibre supplements behind are offputting. This was perfect - unsweetened, unflavoured, it’s basically just going to taste like water right? Oh my goodness wrong. I tried diluting this in three times the recommended amount of water and it still feels like sawdust in my mouth. I tried putting it in a smoothie and it ruined the smoothie. That being said the product really works - I found a marked improvement in regularity after using this just once a day for four days. I would recommend this product for its efficacy but definitely not for the texture. #freeproduct #trywithtopbox

Great Fibre Product

For the three uses of this product I would only use it for two. To help lower cholesterol and to promote digestive heal. I wouldn’t use it to suppress my appetite. I really like that there is no added sweetener. I am trying to reduce my sugar intake.
I read the directions and made sure to get measurements right. Mixed and stirred and there was no clumping.
I didn’t like the taste with water, but with orange juice it was fine.
I have been taking this for a week now and it has worked really well. I did what the instructions directed..Only drank it once a day which I did at night. Then after 3 days did it twice a day (it recommends 3 times a day but I did not need to) I took it morning and night.
As I get older I do worry about cholesterol so if this helps with that it is a bonus. I tend to need to use products like this to keep the system working right. It didn’t upset my stomach or give me cramps (which I have gotten from other brands). I find that I will only need to use this once a day so I will go back down to that. As someone who needs to add more fibre to their diet this was a great addition to my routine of vitamins and supplements. #freeproduct

Fibre that is so easy to digest!

It also helps to keep us full longer, improve cholesterol levels, and help maintain healthy blood sugar levels. I received this product through Topbox Circle to try out. This product had a light citrus taste without any added sugars and especially no aspartame. It can be taken just with plain water or mixed in with your protein shake or smoothie. With a bit of help in stirring, it dissolved quite nicely in water. It was easy to digest and I didn’t feel bloated at all. I’ve been taking this supplement powder for about a week now, about a teaspoon a day just before my meal, and I do feel like it stayed full longer between meals.

I so wanted to like it!

Smooth taste
