Great quick addition to my miso soup
No calories so how can you go wrong. I find these a great addition to a miso soup mix to make it more of an almost meal. They only require boiling water to soak. I make them right in the soup mix. They are quite expensive though. I cut mine in half so a package is about 12 servings for me. As a noodle the are a bit stiff so eating a large serving would not be a good idea.
