The texture is not pleasant
The flavour was okay, but the texture of the noodles is unpleasantly chewy. The packaging recommends dividing the noodles into 2 servings, so I cooked it all and saved half for the next day. The texture of the reheated noodles was even worse. Save your money.

Caused an upset stomach
It smelled good after microwaving it but the taste is mediocre and it's sour, nothing like teriyaki. I'm not sure if it's the sauce or the noodles being so chewy but it caused an upset stomach and I felt nauseous and wanted to throw up. I would not recommend this at all. Waste of money.

Horrible taste.
These noodles have 6g of net carbs which is pretty high for plant sharataki noodles. It’s easier to buy 0carb sharataki noodles and buy a low carb teriyaki sauce. The taste is disgusting it’s sour.
