MSPrebiotic is a prebiotic fibre from resistant starch that feeds the healthy bacteria of our gut microbiome. MSPrebiotic is a resistant starch functional fibre, which is naturally extracted from potatoes. This single-ingredient flavourless powder contains 7g of insoluble fibre per each 10g scoop = 25% of your daily fibre intake!
Recommended Dosage: Adults: First time users - begin with a 3.5g serving (1tsp, see line scoop) per day mixed into 80mL of water or your favourite beverage (60C) immediately before consumption. For prebiotic effect, consume 10g of MSPrebiotic (1 level scoop). Increase your daily serving as needed. Do not exceed 30g per single serving. Do not exceed 60g per day. Do not heat or mix with hot beverages. For best results consume product daily.
